KABUL(BNA): Acting Foreign Minister Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi met with US President’s Special Representative Adam Boehler and former ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad in Kabul.
The meeting, which took place in Kabul focused on several key issues, including the release of prisoners, the enhancement of bilateral tieals, and the provision of consular services.
Minister Muttaqi highlighted the necessity of fostering positive relations and maintaining open dialogue to address ongoing challenges. He expressed optimism that such discussions could pave the way for future cooperation.
Adam Boehler characterized the meeting as a constructive step toward rebuilding trust between the two parties. He emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation in navigating complex issues that affect both nations.
